General Terms

• Prices shown on the web site do not include VAT(16%) nor delivery costs.
• Prices are correct except for a typographical error.
• Prices may change without previous notice. Provided our costs allow us to, for orders still to be delivered, the most favourable price to our customers will be applied. Should that not be possible, our customers will be contacted to check if they would like to modify or cancel their order.

Payment Methods

  Four different payment methods are possible:

• Money transfer or Bank account deposit: To make your payment, you must deposit or send via money transfer the total costs of your purchase into the following bank account:

  You must state Quick Grinder as the recipient of your payment. y You must state the number of your order and the customer's full name as the concept of your payment.

  You do not need to send Quick Grinder the receipt of your payment, Quick Grinder will verify that your payment has been made correctly by checking our bank account. Should there be any problem with your payment, Quick Grinder will contact the customer so it can be solved.

  Once your payment has been verified, Quick Grinder will send you the items you ordered by the delivery method of your choice.

• Credit Card: You can make your payment through the web page web Banco Sabadellatlántico.
• By using a PayPal account: Online payment method.
• In cash: Should you wish to collect your order yourself instead of having it delivered, you can pay for your order in cash when collecting it.

Delivery methods

  Three different delivery methods are currently available:

• Ordinary mail: The delivery process may vary from two days to two weeks.
• Express delivery: Your order will reach the delivery address you gave us the day after it has been sent.
• Self-collection: There is the option of collecting your orders personally at our address. Quick Grinder will contact you once your order is ready to be collected.

  Should you wish to have your order sent through an alternative delivery method, please contact Quick Grinder and we will consider your proposal.

Delivery costs

  Delivery costs will be charged to the customer. Delivery costs vary according to the weight and volume of each order and the payment method which has been chosen by the customer.

Delivery times

  Delivery times vary according to the delivery method which has been chosen. In normal circumstances and provided the products you ordered are in stock, orders will be sent to you within 24 hours. Once orders have been sent, the amount of time it will take them to reach your address will depend on the delivery method you have chosen.

Refunds

  Products you would like to get a refund for must be returned to Quick Grinder within 10 working days after your order reached your address. In that case, the delivery costs of returning a product to Quick Grinder will be charged to the customer.

  No damaged or incomplete articles nor articles without their original packing will be refunded.
