Quick Grinder is a practical, quick and easy to use herb grinder. It incorporates an innovative emptying system which allows you to expel its contents in an instant and a closing joint which secures a tight fit to prevent the grinder from opening accidentally and improves the rotation of the grinder. The positioning of the needles also allows for a smooth and superior grind.

| Emptying System |
| Quick Grinder's emptying system consists of a button attached to a disk by a mini-screw and a spring which pulls the disk/returns the mechanism to its original position after it has been pressed. When the button on each half of the grinder is pressed, the disk moves forward along the needles and pushes all the contents out of the grinder. To do so, the disk is perforated exactly where the needles of the grinder are located. All the components are made of stainless steel and the whole mechanism can be detached simply using a conventional screwdriver. Early testing of this mechanism over a period of more than two years has been completed with great success. |

| Closing Joint |
| Quick Grinder's closing joint also makes a difference. Not only does it secure a tight fit and prevents the grinder from opening accidentally, but it also improves the rotation of the grinder by stopping its two halves from rubbing against each other. When both parts of the grinder are fit together, the polythene joint avoids the production of aluminium powder derived from the direct friction between the aluminium componets of the grinder, as oposed to other grinders traditionally manufactured with this material. Up to the present, that powder would mix with the herb when opening the grinder, being therefore inhaled, smoked or ingested by the user; something that does not occur anymore thanks to the protection offered by our polythene joint. |

| Positioning of the Needles |
| Quick Grinder's positioning of the needles allows for a smooth and superior grind. One part of the grinder has its needles at 45º while the other has them at 30º, ensuring that more than 4 pairs of needles never meet at a time. |
