Conditions of guarantee

  Quick Grinder guarantees the functioning of our products for a period of one year after the date of purchase.

  Quick Grinder cannot guarantee that the acquired product will satisfy a customer's particular need, Quick Grinder can only guarantee that our products meet all the conditions specified in our description of the product.

  Delivery expenses derived from the operation of a product's guarantee will be covered by Quick Grinder.

  In case a manufacture defect happens to be detected in any of our products, costumers can contact Quick Grinder at the telephone number (+34) 687 76 20 78 or send a message at the e-mail address info@quickgrinder.com and Quick Grinder will give you instructions on how to use your product's guarantee.

Quick Grinder will return to customers all products under a period of guarantee which have been sent to Quick Grinder as defective but happen to be in good condition. In such case, delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

  In case the acquired products do no fully satisfy the costumer, Quick Grinder will refund the purchase price of the product to the customer. To get a refund, it is imperative that the customer returns to Quick Grinder the products to be refunded together with all their accessories and packaging in a perfect condition and a copy of their invoice of purchase, within 10 working days after the date our products were received by the customer.

  In that case, delivery costs to Quick Grinder will be charged to the customer. Quick Grinder will not refund products which are damaged, miss any of their components or accessories or are not returned together with their original packing.
